Quail Run Town homes is a Non-Profit Organization formulated in 2001 consisting of 72 individual three-story townhome units. This property was self-managed by its owners who hired a property management company to handle the maintenance of the common areas, structural components, and organization of the association meetings. Susan handled all of the annual budgeting, accounting and documentation of the unit sales from 2007 to 2011. She also maintained and improved the collections and delinquencies of dues for the association through the down turn of the economy thereby reducing as much impact to the members as possible. An accumulation of reserves provided the association with an amazing face-lift, that started in 2014 and improved property values.
